1. Introduction
The technique of super critical fluid extraction (SCFE or SFE) is a new type green separating technique with wide adaptability, which is rising in the modern world. with this technique, during the extraction process. no chemical agent is needed; no pollution is done to the separated substance, so as to fully meet the people's green requirements to medicine, food, health products, and cosmetics Also, this technique boasts the feature of high extraction effect, high quality, low extraction temperature, low energy consumption. And without pollution, especially suitable for the extraction of heat-sensitive and active substances. This device can extract widely volatile oil, alkaloid, and phenol and other medical elements from animals and plans.
2. The main technical data of this equipment is as follows
(1).The highest extraction pressure can reach 40MPa,the extraction temperature of indoor, he separating, distillation temperature are room temperature~80.The clients can adjust the above data.
(2).Design or making of one pot of several extraction pots, different combination of separating pots for extracting solid, fluid and other material.
(3).Non-standard extraction and separating pots, are of compact structure, easy to use. Equipped with strong anti-fatigue strength, its safe to use. Large equipments are fitted with safety chain device.
(4). Temperature is shown by automatic numerical control system, which is easy to use and control. Pressure safety devices are fitted with safety valves and electro connecting pressure gauge ensure high safety coefficient.
